Objectives:

  • Show Oath’s strong commitment to Partners in the areas of search, broadband, mobile, content/media, ad tech & distribution
  • Evangelize and build awareness of Oath’s brands amongst our partners
  • Spark innovation and new revenue opportunities
  • Share achievements and vision, emphasizing the importance of the partner business
  • Show love and commitment to our valued partners
  • Meet face-to-face with VP level and above representatives from Oath’s top partners

Event Format:

  • All day meeting with breakfast, lunch, and cocktail reception to follow
  • Venue that can accommodate the following:

o General Session area with theater style or classroom seating for 150 attendees

with large screens for speakers and full AV/Tech

o 5 breakout areas - do not need to be completely private rooms, can be sectioned

off areas but must have a screen and AV capabilities in each space

o Load in on Sunday, November 12

o Rehearsals on Monday, November 13 ending by 5pm

o Load out after event concludes on Tuesday, November 14

• Venue should have the look and feel of the Oath brand and be exiting and innovative

Budget:

• Full budget is $200k which needs to include all event elements such as venue rental,

AV, catering, furniture, d.cor, print & signage, premiums, agency costs, etc.

• Oath will handle most items directly to help keep costs down

Guests:

~100 top partners from Search, Broadband, Mobile, Content Media, API partners, AdTech &

Distribution from North America with select global partners. Includes partners like Mozilla,

DuckDuckGo, Media.net, McAfee, Oracle, Kenshoo, Marin, Rogers, Nielsen, Hearst, and ABC.

● Search: Search partners generate 55% of Oath U.S. Searches (90B+ searches/year)

which contributes approx. 1/6th of Oath’s search market share

• Broadband: Broadband Partnerships include Frontier, Rogers, AT&T, British Telecom,

Sky and Verizon distribution

● Mobile: Mobile Partnerships include Apple, Cricket, MetroPCS, Mobile Posse, Rogers,

and Samsung

● Content Media: Media Partners contribute articles, videos, live streams, images, and

stats to Oath Content and generate 46+ Billion impressions/year

● Gemini Search & Native API Preferred Partner Program: The Preferred Partner

Program includes 35+ ad tech providers. With a focus on driving demand at scale, these

partners are committed to a higher standard of platform integration and advertiser

experience. Key relationships include Kenshoo, Marin, Adobe, Bidtellect, Merkle, and

Sprinklr.

● AdTech & Distribution: We supplement our rich Oath proprietary data on 800M+

consumers with 3rd party data from strategic partners including: Nielsen, Experian,

Acxiom, DataLogix, BlueKai
